Black Metal Band Majesty Of Silence ink a deal with Extreme Metal Music

Swiss Black Metal band MAJESTY OF SILENCE has just signed a worldwide deal with Extreme Metal Music / Rockshots Records /  for the release of the new album “Zu Dunkel Für Das Licht”. Formed in 1996, Majesty Of Silence released three studio albums “Darkness Has No End” (1999), “But There’s A Light” (2003) and “Lichtstille” (2006), well received from both black metal fans and critics. After several line-up changes, Majesty of Silence took a break til 2016 when Peter Mahler and Christian Geissmann began as a two-man project on the recordings for the long-awaited follow-up work “Zu Dunkel Für Das Licht”. An album that will blown you away Black Metal Ma he new record is set up for release next May 25, 2018 via EXTREME METAL MUSIC/ROCKSHOTS RECORDS.

 Founded in 1996 by Peter Papadimitriya (drums), Peter Mahler (guitar) and Christian Geissmann (first bass then guitar). Previous albums released “darkness has no end” (1999), “but there’s a light” (2003) and “Lichtstille” (2006). From 2005 to 2009 Simon Huber played keyboard. After the departure of Simon Huber and Peter Papadimitriya, Majesty of silence took a break between 2010 and 2016. From 2016, Peter Mahler and Christian Geissmann began as a two-man project on the recordings for the long-awaited follow-up work “zu dunkel für das Licht”, which will be released by Rockshots Records in early 2018.
